In short: this website shows what Karya Akar Langit does and the work we've done. You're welcome to browse and share it. Any project we take on is covered by its own written agreement, not by these terms.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by Karya Akar Langit (business registration KT0621460-H), Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The content on this site
The site describes our services and shows examples of our work. It is general information, not an offer or a quote. Prices, timelines and scope are agreed separately for each project.
Portfolio items are labelled with their status: live, internal, early stage or prototype. Screens marked as demo, sample data or design study use made-up information and don't show real customers or records. Screenshots show the projects as they looked when captured and may differ from the current versions.
Projects and services
When we work with you, the scope, fees, payment terms, ownership of the finished work and confidentiality are set out in a written proposal or agreement for that project. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Intellectual property
The Karya Akar Langit name, logo, website design and written content belong to Karya Akar Langit. You may link to the site and share pages, but please don't copy, change or reuse the logo or content for other purposes without our written permission.
Project names, logos and screenshots of client work belong to their respective owners and are shown here as examples of our work.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as live client stores. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Using the site properly
Please don't try to disrupt the site, access parts of it that aren't public, or use automated tools in a way that puts unreasonable load on it.
Liability
We keep the site accurate and working, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Malaysian law that can't be limited.
